I’ve made the meal plan quick, easy and simple to follow. It’s all normal foods, cost effective, easy to find and prepare. There’s no complicated recipes or rare ingredients. It’s all food that the whole family will enjoy so there’s no need for cooking separate meals for yourself and no requirement for hours of prepping.
For breakfast, you could have smoothies, oats, eggs, toast, or bacon.
Lunch options include sandwiches, salads, wraps, or pitas, filled with chicken, tuna, cheese, or ham.
For dinner, you might enjoy mince and potatoes, stir fry, burgers, steak, salmon, rice, or spaghetti Bolognese.
As for snacks, consider yogurt, popcorn, oatcakes, fruit, or nuts.
