I'm all about balance and believe that you don't have to sacrifice a good social life and the food and drinks you love to get 'healthy'. Good health is is achieved by regular exercise, a balanced and nutritious diet and having fun.
I became a personal trainer in 2006 and started a personal crusade against the dark side of the health and fitness industry. The fad diets, the rapid weight loss schemes, the quick fixes, the magical supplements and detoxes. I wanted to teach people that there was a healthier, happier way to lose weight than simply cutting out all the things you enjoy and eating chicken broccoli and brown rice or 3 shakes a day.
My approach back in 2006 is exactly the same as it is today..."Find The Balance."
